Mask Vix_Mask356 by Vix. You can find it HERE

Filters: Eye Candy 4000, Xero- Radiance

Open new transparent image and flood-fill black.
Add a new raster layer. Selections, select all, copy and paste paper WP_VJ_PP7 into selection, select none.
Open your mask. Go back to your tag, layer, new mask layer, mask from image, Vix_Mask356 (source luminance selected).
Effect, eye candy 4000 gradient glosw with the the following settings :

 

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resize 70%, make sure all layers is deselected. 

Copy and paste WP_VJ_BANNER as a new layer, resize 70% and add the same drop shadow as before. Position beneath your tube layer kinda overlapping her feet. 

Copy and paste WP_VJ_BROKENHEART as a new layer, resize 25%, add gradient glow with the same settings as before but both colors set to black. Image, free rotate 15 to the right and position as shown. Copy and paste WP_VJ_PAINTEDROSE as new layer, resize 25% and position over your heart layer, gradient glow. Copy and paste WP_VJ_CANDLE as new layer, resize 35%, gradient glow with the red and black color settings. Position on the right side of the ribbon as shown. Copy and paste WP_VJ_camillia as new layer, resize 20%, gradient glow all black. Copy and paste WP_VJ_MOON3, resize 40%, gradient glow black, position as shown. Copy and paste WP_VJ_TREE, resize 65% and add a drop-shadow to your liking. Copy and paste WP_VJ_GATE as new layer, gradient glow, position behind all layers except your moon, tree, mask, and background. Copy and paste WP_VJ_CEMETARY as new layer with the same resize and gradient glow, position behind your gate. Copy and paste WP_VJ_BOWL as new layer, resize 30%, gradient glow, mirror, position as shown making sure it is behind your red flower. Copy and paste WP_VJ_BOTTLE as new layer with the same resize and gradient glow. Position as shown making sure it is positioned behind your black layer.

Copy and paste WP_VJ_ROSE as new layer, resize 30%, gradient glow and position behind your candle as shown, duplicate and position slightly to the right-bottom of your first rose.

Copy and paste WP_VJ_FAN as new layer, resize 25%, black gradient glow, free rotate 20 to the right, position behind your rose layers. Add all your txt and © info. You can crop the entire tag if you want it a little smaller.
