Mask : 307 By weescotslass HERE

1. Open transparent image 550 by 550
2. C-N-P Paper04 as a new layer. Crop around your entire image so that the paper is the same size now.
3. C-N-P Paper11 as new layer >> layers >> new mask layer >> from image >> Mask 307. Make sure invert mask data is deselected. >> Merge Group
   
4. Open frame 4 C-N-P >> Re-size 71% and make sure you have the re-size all layers deselected.
5. Open frame 3 C-N-P and Re-Size 73% >> Make sure your pink is on top >> merge down and move toward the top of the tag.
   
6. Open your tube and hide all layers except Raster 3>> C-N-P as new layer and position as shown >> Adjust your frame layer so you have enough room for Paige to sit on the bottom without having to re-size her.
7. Open both Heart-dangle embellishments C-N-P as a new layer and re-size both 30% >> position as shown and add a drop shadow to your liking. Merge down.
   
8. Open both of the flower dust and C-N-P your yellow first >> re-size 60% add a drop shadow and move to the left as shown  >> duplicate layer and mirror. Repeat this for the blue and place it in the middle.
9. Now on your frame layer >> duplicate >> on the bottom layer >> effects >>texture effects >> mosaic glass ...Settinggs : 62 ..62 .. 50 .. 0..2 ..50
