2. Make black rectangles active layer >> Selection >> Select all >> Float >> Defloat
3. Open paper pp3 >c-n-p into selection >> select none
4. Make Blue Circle 1 active >> selection >> all >> float >> defloat >> c-n-p pp9 as new layer >> selection invert >> Make your pp9 active layer and delete.
5. Repeat last step to Blue circle 2 >> delete both blue circles
6. Make Words your active layer >> selection >> all >> float >> defloat >> flood fill #5a0202 >> Adjust >> Add/Remove noise - Uniform - 66 - Monochrome
7. Repeat last step to Thin Blue Rectangle and Dotted Circle
8. Open tube >> c-n-p just the girl into your tag and resize 90% >> position in circle as shown and make your circle 2 or small circle active >> selection >> all >> float >> defloat >> invert >> modify >> contract by 1>> eraser tool >> make tube active layer ...erase her legs
9. Open el-41 >> c-n-p as new layer and resize 30% >> free rotate to the left 20 >>  position as shown >> add drop shadow.
10. Repeat last step with el-34
